Looking at hiit workouts I can do while toddler naps. I dont have much time he's resisting daily now. Anyway I did a Joe wicks one the other week and hurt my thigh, I definitely warmed up as I'd spent the morning running around after lo!! So now looking at possible easier ones which will ease me into it more. I pre baby uses to run 3 times a week, gained 3 stone while pregnant and though I have run since having lo I'm fat and slow and it's dark and cold out. Thanks in advance!!

Bodyfit by Amy on YouTube, she's fab and has lots of post natal workouts as she has a toddler and a baby herself. You can make the workouts easier or harder and she gives lots of options.

Running around after a dc is not warming up. Warming up properly means activating the muscles and joints of the areas of the body you are going to exercise. Just random moving around doesn't do this.

Hi use the 8 fit app on iPhone. There are paid versions and the free version (I've been using the free) and it's ok. Workouts ranging about 10 mins each.

Fitness blender has lots of options and always show a low impact version to ease yourself in gently. All free. I'm a huge fan!

Popsugar on YouTube is amazing, there’s always someone doing modifications as well
