Hi All. This week I have joined a gym and I am about to start a weight loss plan on Monday. The gym is called Curves and part of a big company over here in NZ and Aus.
I was weighed (I’m shockingly currently 102kg) and all my measurements taken. It’s kind of all a bit scary but also quite exciting.
I aim to visit the gym three times next week and follow the food plan.
