Hello everyone, recently diagnosed with type 2 diabeties, PCOS and a heart issue. I'm obese and finally have woken up to the fact that I've been incredibly stupid for far too long regarding food.
The problem is, I really don't know where to start to make the changes I need. Low-carb seems to be the way to go, but I'd love some recommendations for recipes/books/plans that have worked for others.
I've already cut down on carbs by stopping eating potatoes and pasta. I love fruit and would hate to have to give it up. Not keen on fish. Love salad, cheese, meat and eggs.
