Anyone 5'2" 11 stone and want a weight loss buddy?

I am starting a vlcd today as I'm fed up with being fat! I carry the weight all over so just look like a bit of a blob at the moment because I'm as wide as I am tall. Just wondering if there is anyone the same height and weight as me that wants to be a weight loss buddy so we can help each other along and maybe have some healthy competition.

Are you sure vlcd is the way to go when you only need to lose a couple of stone? Seems drastic and unlikely to really help.

Hi yes I am this! I think it is about BMI 28 when I checked. I would like to lose about a stone. I am trying eating two meals a day (kind of like intermittent fasting). I have just ordered some Huel and might try using that as well.

So how are you all doing? I ditched the Huel, it was horrible! have decided anything too extreme is not for me. Going to try just eating healthy and not binging / eating too much rubbish, and exercising more. Stopping drinking as it makes me crave rubbish.

I’ve lost 20 pounds in the last 6 months by mixture of exercise and 16:8.

I feel awful. Nothing fits, a good 2 stone overweight.

I am 5ft3 and was 11 stone. I decided to lose weight after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I joined myfitnesspal, logged all food and set myself a limit of 1200 calories. I also increased my running.

In a year I lost 3 stone and went from a size 14 to a size 8/10, so it can be done!
