Hello!
Has anyone tried this? Is there even maybe a current thread? I'm thinking of trying this from tomorrow. Tbh, I'm not even all that fussed about losing tonnes of weight. I just want to eat a bit healthier.
Rules are:
No Snacks
No Sweet treats
No Second helpings
Except on days beginning with S; Saturdays, Sundays and Special days (birthdays, Christmas etc).
If there isn't already a thread, would anyone be interested in joining me on here?
