Just been horrified my some photos of me on FB where I was caught unawares at a kid's party. Now, I've always had a big arse but now it appears to be slipping down my legs making my hips and thighs enormous! I hadn't realised how bad it had got.
Not great to have those photos out there but it has made me determind to address it.
What are the best methods of loosing weight from this area? Are there certain foods I should avoid? (< Prepares to be told cheese on toast>

What exercise is good to lose weight/ shape up my bum and hips?
I'm 5ft 3in, weigh 10 stone and now squeezing into a size 12.
I'm a member of local gym but go once a week and jog on treadmill, cross trainer and rowing machine. Any ideas to improve this?
