Anyone else find it hard to eat healthily / keep fit when you've got PMT / your period?

I have been eating healthily and exercising for the past week as part of my new 'Get fit, Stop being a fat lazy slob' regime and it has been going really well. However, for the past 2 days I have had raging PMT and I have been starving literally all the time and craving sugary, stodgy foods. Its really gettijg me down today. i just want to bury my head in a New York cheesecake. :-(

if you have only been doing it for a week, then i'd say it is perfectly normal. to be a way of life, you need topersever. if you get pmt, then this is perfectly normal i think.

crisps & choc are my downfall in PMT week. So I eat skips (lower in fat) & have a green & blacks bar which is dark choc so don't need as much!!
