I have just been trying Green Coffee Capsules.

The ones I take don't have any side effects at all. I don't feel jittery at all because there is barely an caffeine in them. I got them mainly as an anti oxidant but I have been losing weight without changing anything else.

So the weight loss thing must be true, I don;t believe hype until I try something.

The ones I got are made by Halo Health I got them from Amazon www.amazon.co.uk/Extract-Capsules-Contains-Chlorogenic-Formula/dp/B00DCVYI4S but I think you can get them here as well www.halohealthshop.com
