I was just wondering if anyone would be interested in joining me? Regardless of what plan or diet you’re following I think there are a lot of people out there who, like me, lose their weight at one or half a pound a week. This can be quite demotivating when you’re surrounded by people who just seem to “click” and the weight literally falls off them. I also find that I lose interest and fall off the wagon and then, inevitably, all the weight I’ve lost, and more, goes back on again Sad

I’m also peri-menopausal so this ain’t going to get any easier!

I thought this might be a nice way of supporting one another and giving motivational tips and advice just about staying on track?

I’m currently doing WW. My starting weight was 13st 12.6lb and in 7 weeks I’ve lost 11.4lbs. I’ve set my goal weight at 10st but as I’m only 5’3” I’d like to get that into the 9s. This is going to take me a loooong time but I’m enjoying the diet, don’t find it very difficult and this WOE suits my lifestyle well. But of course I have the occasional wobble and I’ve never stuck a diet for longer than a couple of months so this is my danger zone!

To try and stay motivated I’ve set myself a series of small goals e.g. to get to my pre-holiday weight, to get into the 12s, to lose a stone and each of these goals is only 2-3lbs apart.

Who’s in? If so, perhaps say what plan or diet you’re following, how far you’ve come and how far you’ve got to go. Plus add any other genius tips for staying motivated?
