Absolutely hideous

Oh my god Just back from a holiday with a group of friends. Was just looking at jolly holiday photos sent by another couple and feel awful
All middle aged but in comparison to them I am enormous

I did lose 2.5 stones last year but have regained it all
Is this the future
Feel like a big fat lump of worthlessness

First of all Your worth is not judged by your weight and anyone who thinks/says it is is not your friend. Don’t fall into the trap of believing it.
