Fuck, the zip has just burst on my jeans.

I have just burst out of the only remaining pair of jeans that fit me. I am now jeanless.

It's been a light bulb moment and I'm going to tackle the two stone that's currently hanging off my belly and arse.

I really can't go on like this, I feel so unhappy with myself.

Anyone else in the same boat and would like to keep me company?

Intermittent fasting is your friend here. Honestly it’s amazing!

I am having similar issues and will join you - so fed up with myself. Lost nearly a stone to get down to 10st 4 in the early summer which looked good on me (even though I'm short I am heavier than I look).

Weight has steadily been creeping up since then, lots of my work clothes etc are far too tight. Finally got on the scales this morning to find I am 11 stone 6 Sad - so have put on everything I lost plus some extra

I am doing a combo of low carb/high fat with intermittent fasting and 16:8 - by that I mean I will generally look to reduce carbs and on days when I am having to go out for lunch etc I will look to skip breakfast and/or eat within an 8 hour window.

So fed up with myself. Seriously considering hynotherapy. When I'm in the zone I can easily ignore cake, choc, crisps etc but when I'm not it is a disaster. I need to require my brain.

Gah - Rewire my brain, not require
