What do all you lovely people on a diet have for breakfast lunch and dinner?

I’m especially struggling for snack ideas?

I’m 4 months post birth and need help getting rid of my left over belly!! Grin

The very first thing I drink in the morning on an empty stomach is warm freshly squeezed lemon water! After an hour I will have tea and wholemeal toast.
My lunch is usually a salad and dinner is chicken with boiled vegtables.
I do tend to eat healthy because I eat with my little one.All meals are cooked from scratch the night before because I work.

I forgot to mention, for snacks I usually have a fruit salad or low calorie popcorn.

I make homemade granola. Have it with fat free Greek yogurt and loads of fruit . If I have that about 9.30 ( I eat it at my desk) I can manage to get to 1pm without trying to eat everything in sight. Lunch is normally a low cal ready meal from M& S, then grilled chicken, fish or pork with loads of veg for dinner. I try and limit my carb intake at dinner . Snack are fruit and no sugar/fat yougurt. Also low calorie ice cream Halo top is nice.

Nothing for breakfast and lunch then whatever I want for dinner. Last night I had chilli, wedges, sour cream and salad.
After a lot of trial and error and messing around for a year, I found intermittent fasting is the one for me. I hate having a low calorie meal and still feeling hungry after. I get on much better having nothing then a substantial, satisfying meal. I've lost 45lbs of baby weight and am now happily maintaining at a healthy weight.

Porridge for breakfast with some berrries

Lunch is something like a salad with chicken, tuna, salmon, egg, beans - or I’ll have one of those in a wrap with crudités on the side

If I need an afternoon snack I have some Greek yoghurt or a mini Babybel with an apple, Ryvita or Oatcakes with Philadelphia/ Laughing Cow or one of those mini malt loaves

For dinner I have stir fry with some form of protein and either rice or noodles, Pasta with a tomato based sauce with something like prawns, fish with veg and potatoes....

Then I tend to have some yoghurt and fruit or a bowl of cereal before bed
