So i need to lose 2 stone that I have put back on 🙄 but I’ve noticed a major factor in my poor eating habits. I basically get incredibly stressed when meal planning / shopping lists / shopping. I get mental blocks and can just spend hours trying to plan a few meals and a shopping list.

Can anyone relate? Any tips?

I keep a list of the meals I eat regularly and usually choose something from that list. It makes the process of deciding what to eat so much easier as I only have to make a choice out of about 15-20 meals, not out of every single option I can think off!

Also, if you look for meals with fewer ingredients, or ingredients you’re likely to have around (frozen foods, tins etc) that might make the process easier. Google “5 ingredient meals” for inspiration.

I also keep a list of staples (tins, frozen foods, sauces) and check if I’m running low on anything before I start my shop. That helps to speed up the process too.
