Does anyone have a special treat after weigh-in that otherwise wouldn't be allowed?

MAKE UP is my treat for EVERYTHING

For BIG treats, such as an injection or blood test (am phobic) I would buy myself the latest mascara, or perhaps a fabby dabby new concealer.

i think you should allow yourself exactly what you want , a takeway etc, or make up if that floats your boat

It also gives you something to look forward to after your weigh in and tastes so much better than when your not on a diet
