Strict 6 week body transform program

As the title says I've signed up to a VERY strict 6 week exercise and weight loss program. I'm 10 days in and have followed the plan well. I've missed the odd meal and substituted a few ingredients (I.e supposed to be cod tonight, I'm having salmon/last nights chicken kebab was supposed to be served with brown rice, I had cauliflower rice instead). I've also struggled to fit in the snacks too so haven't always bothered.

I've just poured a glass of red wine...I LOVE a glass of wine and have been so so good this week...I weigh in on Tuesday...

My sensible head tells me that, even though it's a strict regime, a diet needs to be sustainable and allowing myself one measured treat a week will help that...especially as I've probably been under my "calorie" allowance a few times!

However the other part of me is thinking that this one glass of wine will mean I lose nothing this week... (Which I know is daft really!)

I know I could just not drink the wine but i could cry at the thought of another green tea or glass of water!

Put the wine down! At least until Tuesday.

Too late @T1gerEye but I bloody enjoyed it!

Made soup for tomorrow so going to have that for lunch and dinner tomorrow instead of the chicken and potatoes.

Also lots of water!

I didn't drink to excess just one glass!
