I am going to start the Keto diet as want to lose weight and I have read that its great for fat loss!
If anyone has been on the diet. What were the biggest struggles and how did you over come then to stay on track?.
Is the diet good for fat loss?.
I look snacks and sweet stuff so I am trying to figure out how to manage that one!.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated 🙂.
