Is there anything I can do to stop a floppy mum tum?

I’m losing weight nicely but have noticed the weight I’m losing off my tummy is making it go a bit floppy and saggy if you know what I mean. Not the end of the world if it does flop a bit, but is there anything I can do to avoid it?

I also have this problem. Accompanied by a nice overhang from two c sections .

I have no idea how to fix it. I do wear giant knickers which help keep it tucked away Grin

I'm going to suggest next time they commit to a tummy tuck right there and then. It is hateful. Try as I might I can't get it to leave. Tape? Would that work? There's really strong stuff out there for injured sportspeople... kinesiology tape or something??

The thought of doing thousands of sit ups fills me with The Fear.

I don’t mind the exercise part, I’ve been doing sit ups but it’s the skin not the muscle I’m struggling with. Maybe it’s better to be chubby, it will look less obvious Grin
