I'm 11 weeks and look like I'm about 6 months. This is my 3rd child and I'm almost 40. Iv spent the whole weekend in tears (thanks hormones) due to feeling so fat and frumpy. I was surrounded by my other half's friends yesterday who have smaller looking bumps than me who are 8 months pregnant so it left me feeling awful. Its also there 2nd or 3 rd child so can't blame it on there new to it. Today my mother in law said gosh you piled the weight on haven't u. The annoying thing is I have actually exercised more and eaten less since iv been pregnant. Topped with morning and evening sickness I'm feeling really low. Is there any safe diets I can go on to lose some weight. Thanks in advance.

I don't know about losing weight whilst pregnant, I'm sure it's not healthy really, but more well informed people may be along. I just came on to say that the first few months of pregnancy I was a bloated heffalump and by about 20 weeks it all seemed to even out and I was back to tiny legs and tiny arms and giant bump.

The thing is, you're growing a baby, if you're eating healthily and exercising then really just let your body do what it needs to do...
