Gentle Approach

Hi, was wondering if anyone would like to join me on a gentle approach thread, know this has been done to death already and I have participated on lots of these threads over the years. Plan is to not feel pressurised by a strict diet plan that I will break over a few weeks, but to instead focus on little tweaks. Have cut out diet drinks (think they make me hungrier and contribute to belly fat) and crisps. Plan is to eat less but at the same time not become obsessed by mindful eating cause that felt like another plan and failed when I tried that. Also not keeping a record of every day. In short, I would like to lose around 10 pounds by a gentle, long term approach. Also being realistic about my weight, I am nearly 45, 5ft5 tall and weighed in at 9st7 this morning (have been here before), aiming to get into the high 8s. I am small framed but lose too much in my face if I go too low. My waist measurement has also tipped into the moderate risk category. Will update next Friday.
