Any ideas? Stressful day I want chocolate. What are your plans to help overcome getting gone and raiding the fridge? Whilst maintaining happiness...

Sorry- no ideas! Food has got me through the last couple of weeks.
Rewards and treats. :(

Before you give up using food for comfort, you need a substitute to replace it. How about a book or good magazine that you can pick up and immerse yourself in when you’re stressed? Or a pet you could cuddle? When I’m stressed, I love going for a walk.

I need help with this too... I
Scoffed an entire packet of bourbons whilst trying to get kids to bed last night. It’s a regular thing, despite being good all day.

Graffiti and goodede - yep I’m with you. My brain wants sugar when stressed and tired. Default o think because the body wants to have the energy to run from a big grizzly bear and thinks it needs extra food.

Rocekrispie thanks great suggestions you see a walk would be ideal or a run not always that easy when get in late from work and have kids about but there must be a way!

Another thing to add goodede is not keeping the food to hand. I have some foods I can resist for weeks yet when stressed I can gobble the lot.

Therapy is my plan. I’m trying to address my depression in the hope that it will make a happier me and I won’t need food for emotional reasons anymore
