Mainly posting in an attempt to keep myself motivated if anyone would like to join 
I've lost a stone over the last year, but battled recently with PND and then drank more than I should as a self medicated way of dealing with it after coming off my ADs.
So I want to focus more on getting healthy in body and mind. I gave up drinking 3 weeks ago, didn't weigh myself at the start but have lost 3lbs in the last week.
I would like to loose just under a stone before Xmas, after which we have agreed to start TTC
Anyone else working towards similar goals? X
