I need to lose weight. I've always struggled with weight, partly because I buy into fad diets, and end up falling off the wagon. I want to change my behaviour for the long-term... not just for the summer months...
I've spoken with friends and they do well just using health/fitness/food tracking apps. I'm very busy with work and DD so apps sound like the best way to approach them.
If anyone could shed any light on which apps are the best or whether they're effective, I would be eternally grateful!
