I've been keto since the beginning of May. It's the only 'diet' I've had success with and have managed to get rid of my menopause stomach.
I'm coming to the end of my weight loss journey and quite happy with my body but I'm scared witless about how I'm going to be able to maintain it.
As much as I've enjoyed keto I don't want to be so restricted with my food forever. I'm planning to introduce carbs slowly (fruit, more veg but no pasta/potatoes/bread etc)
I have a hugely sweet tooth which despite being keto I still haven't managed to overcome.
I suppose I'm asking what has everyone else done to maintain their weight loss?
