Very fat belly

Please help!
I have 3 children and have the horrible fat saggy belly to show for it.
It's got to go. Please, how do I do it? The rest of me is actually passable (not skinny at all but at least a decent shape and not horrific) but the belly is huge!
I've recently cut my drinking down to one bottle of wine over the weekend. Should carbs be the first thing to minimise?

Cutting way way down on carbs and cutting sugar completely should work. Davina McCall has a fab recipe book and Michael Moseley's 'Blood Sugar Diet' is inspirational

Aerobic exercise and weights.

Depends how big it is to be honest with you .

Avamiah im 5ft8 and a size 14 but you truely can't miss the gut. So while not obese or about to drop dead instantly, bikinis are not an option.
BetterEarCheese thanks for the book recommends.

Ditto. Tho I'm 5ft 7" and nearly 12 stone Sad I know I need to give up alcohol and start exercising. I have a gym membership and never use it.

I am going to start gentle exercise when the kids are back at school tho!

Second day of low carbs - how long before the gut looks more normal?

What sort of things do you eat OP? Have you taken measurements so that you can track progress in terms of inches as well as weight? Am tempted to join you once the kids are back at school next week! (Am away celebrating this weekend so no chance of low carbs or no alcohol for me).
