Somewhere between looking after my two kids with special needs and life I have gained a massive amount of weight (I’m either at or over 16 stone). I’m hugely ashamed of myself. My weight has always been an issue for me and nearing 40 and with the kids as they are I really need to get healthy. But and this sounds stupid. I don’t know how. A few years ago I did a low cal diet and managed to shift a lot. My mum is suggesting slimming world but me and moderation are not best friends (I’m very much all or nothing). So where do I start?
