I've been on 1200 calories for 3 months (have lost 2 stone with 4.5 to go) and for the first time I'm starting to feel hard done by.
Am out for a nice meal tomorrow which I don't intend to track or worry about calories. Am just going to eat what I fancy (it's our fav restaurant). This will be my first venture off plan in 3 months - any tips for making sure I only make it a cheat day and not the start of a slippery slope?
