Snack a jacks - they taste horrible at first but I have come to depend on them as a substitute for crisps - you get used to them!!!!

Slices of cucumber with low fat philadelphia

No-No flatbread crackers esp the italian herb ones, again with philly or maybe cottage cheese and pineapple

Slices of tomato with a basil leaf and some balsamic vinegar sprinkled on them plus pepper and salt, I can eat a whole bowl! You can get low fat mozzarella too to make a salad.

Sushi (I hate it but dh loves it and you can get v low fat)

Cucumbers with lime and salt, tomatoes with a bit of olive oil passed by the grill

I should think so Fio.

Also no-fat greek yoghurt is great

I mix 30g of houmous with 1 small pot of low fat natural yogurt (with chopped mint, and finely chopped cucumber if you have it) to make a great dip for carrots and celery. It's 3 points for the whole lot, but you'll probably only be able to eat half of it. Makes a good creamy salad dressing too.

Fat free greek yogurt with fresh fruit in 0- we have the bio one with raspberries and strawberries with a meringue nest crushed on top - yummy yummy!!

Frozen Grapes are also another yummy thing that we have - treat like in size and seem to be sweeter when frozen.

Gaspacio (sp?) - yummy and not fattening I think!!

Solero Ice lollies - only 1 point on weight watchers. M&S low fat chocolate mousse - only 2 points on WW's. Yep agree Snack o Jacks instead of crisps or Walkers French Fries are very low.
