Hi, I have lost two stone (halfway there) but now got stuck!
I work in an office - long hours and not much movement - I have started having breakfast at work say 10am and then waiting till evening meal where I have cut carbs right down.
Go for a 2 mile walk (weather dependent) at lunchtime then exercise bike in evening for a bit.
I need ideas on how to shift the last two stone please that work with my long hours -
Have a holiday first week October and would love to have shed another stone by then! Thanks
