Hiya, on day 2 of CWP 1:1. I’ve done it a few times before and the first week SUCKS. More than happy to buddy up for moral support!

Hi 👋 Och Mum! How’s it going? Still feeling hungry today- just couldn’t sleep last night! When do you find you start feeling better on this? Is cwp 1:1 the Cambridge plan? Is the food nice on that? The slim and save stuff has been ok so far- some not so good...the coconut shake Envy (not envy!) but the noodles and chocolate shakes are good! How much are you hoping to loose?

Yeah it’s Cambridge. I’ve tried Slim and Save but I need the consultant side of things or I just fall off the wagon!

I’ve got six stone to lose Sad you?

As for the ‘food’ (if you can call it that!), it’s not too bad. The savoury stuff is nicer than the sweet shakes by far.

Not doing it now, but just to give you hope - I did LighterLife a few years ago and lost four stones in three months, and kept the vast majority of it off for about three years. I did combine this with the gym - decent body combat and spinning classes - but it was a good job. Expensive though!!
Soon keto will kick in and you won't be hungry! Just drink plenty of water.
And if they offer group counselling I genuinely think it's worth it in order to change your mindset around food.
I'm now pregnant but fully intending on doing similar post-baby/breastfeeding.

Och- want to loose 3 stone 13 or there abouts. That’s how much i’ve Put on it 9 years/ 3 kids since getting married. I want to be able to wear my wedding ring on our 10th anniversary.
Where’s the wine: that sounds good! I did konga yesterday ( not the konga- but some class my gym offers. It seems to be some kind of army fitness hip hop mash up thing with lots of body pops and burpees. I used to love body combat but can’t find any where round here to do it!) and went for a walk today. Konga again tomorrow.
Had sweet and sour noodles for tea- was alright. Put a ton of chilli in it though!
