Workout for menopausal women

I usually do the shred although rarely move past level 1. I am 49 and would like to combine the shred with a video that's specifically designed for menopausal women who want to lose weight. Would love some recommendations please.

You need some weight work to combat sarcopenia ( muscle loss) and loss of bone mass.
Start with fitness blender body weight stuff on you tube. Then get a resistance band or 2 and some dumbbells - then think and joint a gym with a free weights section

Thank you Helen. I have ordered some resistance bands from Amazon and I am checking FitnessBlender videos but I won't be joining a gym Smile
