If you want a challenge

Hi 👋

I'm male, early 40s. Managed to drop 10kg last year, not eating Blush, so now 95kg and I want to lose another 20kg, or at least 15kg tbh. I'd kind of like to do so before April.

The challenge? I'm bedbound, use a wheelchair, it's impossible to use my legs to do anything. I can use my arms for a while before the pain/fatigue gets too bad but am at a complete loss. I have looked at Powerballs after someone recommended them but am sceptical they'd raise the heart rate enough to burn fat. So I'm essentially sedentary at the moment.

The only getting out is to appointments, maybe once week to the supermarket after one.

Also, DP is blind, and nobody else at home, so cooking is essentially ridiculously hard/impossible, do have microwave and slow cooker, but bear this in mind.

I'd be most grateful for any help, I've wanted to shift this weight for years after being slim and fit before disability hit 10 years ago. Hit me Grin
