This is taat admittedly but a nice one

I know I'm over weight and I know it's nothing to celebrate, but being healthier comes easier when I feel good about myself. So I wanted to share some of the things I've achieved even though I'm on the larger size (for now). Hopefully might encourage others to do things they think aren't possible at a bigger size.

Strength train in the gym 3 times a week in the morning.

Attend Zumba once a month child care permitting

Reach 10k steps per day

In 2018 I completed the national 3 peaks

Spent 2days at a yoga retreat learning about the origins of yoga

Strength training and yoga. Sounds a great combination! Keep at it!! Are you improving with your yoga as time goes on?

Exercising because it makes you feel good, not to lose weight/because you hate yourself is the best way to do it!
