Weightloss and fitness - inspiring, motivating reads

I really struggle to motivate myself at times but I really want to lose weight once and for all. I am a big reader so wondered if anyone has any recommendations for books that they have found motivating or inspiring in terms of weight loss, fitness etc. I don't really mind what they are, whether they are about a particular plan or a more general motivational book but would love to hear everyone's suggestions.

Thanks!

Run Fat Bitch Run by Ruth Field has lots of good advice

She also has another book called Cut The Crap

@Gemi33 not that this is what you meant but I read while I am on the cross trainer. So you can do both at the same time! Grin

Alexandra Heminsley has great books on running and cycling - she's also great to follow on Instagram for motivation!

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll look them up!

I've never thought to read while I'm on the cross trainer but I might give it a go!

I'm currently reading "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" by Tom Venuto. He was/is a body builder but the book is not aimed at bodybuilders - rather at those who want to lose fat but keep (or grow) their muscle. There's some very useful information in it.

Thanks!

Has anyone seen any books that are about someone's experience of losing weight/getting healthy? I think something like that would be really inspiring.
