Thanks Never. A teaspoon of Parmesan?! Jesus this is why I'm so bad at this. I thought cheese was fair game if I cut out the carbs. I may be mixing up my diets. I guess you've got to be ruthless if you're setting 800 as a limit.

Don't be down about your weigh in Never. It's just a number and not even a high one. We can see from your photos that you look slim and gorgeous. I think it's only useful to weigh yourself to gauge how you are doing and what needs to be done. I'm terrible for having a good day when I don't feel bloated or an outfit looks good and I just chuck all thoughts of healthy eating out the window. A week later the same outfit looks shit and I feel so rubbish.

You can tell that your clothes are looser which must be so motivating 💪

Well you can add more. If I was eating normally, I would just throw it on ha ha ha… but I try to keep breakfast at 200 and lunch 200-250 or so and that means I can leave the rest for the evening which is around 400 cals left or so. I am not picky if I go over it by around 30 or so on the odd day as it balances.
Thanks for your comments. People say I never look my weight but ive put it on my boobs and middle [thank you menopause] so its just a case of slowly getting there and not obsessing about my weight. Its so true what you said about the dress being nice on day and shit the other!!

My best weight is 10st 7 , which is not that slim, butif I lose much less and I look bony and have no bum at all.. ..

It may be too early to celebrate , but I may have one or two tonight.. I actually think we are there at last (I am expecting more abuse though, possibly a final bomb of nastiness chucked my way .). But if it does happen it will enough that I can give both my DS and DSD good house deposits and my 3 DGCs a little bit in the bank ( which is really all I wanted it for ) ,

BUT we are not quite there yet!! tries not to count non existent chickens

I use Myfitnesspal to log calories , it also allows you to calorie count your own recipes and keep them which I have found really useful

Yes, ive used it before and it was great but I started on this app and I couldn't be bothered to lose it all so I said what the hell. It has all my recipes too which Is handy!

Yes weight is a very subjective thing. It's all down to build and frame. We all know what looks/feels right on us

Right. Kitchen is closed. Made it through the first day of 800 calories. Had a filling dinner of salmon steaks with asparagus which means I won't spend the evening hungry. Will try and do some batch cooking over the weekend so I have something to eat during the week. I eat a lot of veggie stews so I'll make up a big load.

I am so impressed that you have all been doing this for 3 weeks! 💪

Well I haven't eaten too much today again. I had a coffee then skipped lunch and had a delicious chicken and mushroom curry and bulgar wheat. Then a very rare and special treat as anything sweet has not crossed my lips for 3wks but indulged in 3 lindt chocolates with a coffee and then had a yoghurt. Finished today on only 480 calories which is ridiculous but not been feeling great so that's why.
Well done @Huffthepuff. If you plan the meals is so much easier. You are so slim though!!! You look great in all your photos. You cant have much to lose?

Its strange as I thought I would feel so deprived but actually most days I feel fine and not really hungry. Only the odd occasion that I really have felt in need of more food. I reckon you need to add more protein when you feel like as just eating veg doesn't cut it when you are not eating that many carbs.

I take pictures from flattering angles! I've got a proper muffin top that didn't used to be there and my size 12 denim shorts refuse to fit. I don't have much to lose. 10 lbs would be great. I just want my clothes to fit again

10 lbs should be easily doable..
(and would be for me if i actually ditched the wine) Hmm

never last time I was 10st3 i felt really slim ( thta was about 6years sgo from the Fast diet though.. Proper 3 days a week fasting on 500 cals and no booze for several moths. I just dont seem to have the will power for that at the moment.. but i think if i chuck in at least 0ne day at 500 into my week ( surely can do that ) it would help

Huff the Fast 800 recipe book is really good for ideas (the sesame salmon and broccoli is a definite recommend ) make sure you get the Claire Bailey one though. (its the 'official diet' and it has all the diet info in also

actually yes have it , youve been ill and a little will be ok, and possibly settle your stomach a bit ..

DH makes his own bread (so tempting) today wholemeal/white sourdough with caraway.. I just couldnt resist .. (but i did only have it with butter and marmite )
