I want to lose four pounds in 16 days - diet ending Wednesday 7th August.
This will mainly be through sticking to 1,000-1,200 calories per day and exercising as much as I can. I normally go swimming every morning but now its school holidays the pool gets overrun with kids. Fuckers.
I started this thread mainly to motivate myself but please join and contribute if it'd help you.
Today's food:
Breakfast: Frosties (100 cal)
Dinner: Vegan cheese and lettuce sandwich, crisps, party rings (400 cal)
Tea: Cauliflower curry, samosa, poppadoms (500 cal)
Snacks: Biscuits (about 100 cal)
Today's exercise:
40 minute stroll around the park with the dog (maybe 50 cals burned at a push - was a very slow walk!)
