Hello everyone, I need to lose a bit of weight. Well, actually about 2 stone. I eat very healthily but unfortunately I've got a problem with portion control. Years ago (before I went vegan) I had a Diet Plate and it was brilliant! I'm just wondering if anybody had ripped off the idea and come up with a Vegan Diet Plate. Has anyone seen one? Thanks.
