It’s another MLM selling crap basically!

Ive just joined Team RH fitness , it’s been an education but I think that’s what people need to sustain weight loss. The daily motivation from the group is great too

cherriesandoranges · 08/07/2019 23:48

@inthebackground thankyou what is team RH?

Basically it’s an online sorta PT thing, they have an app where you can track calories and macros. There’s weight training videos too. Can sound a bit much but it’s relatively simple and you don’t have to give up your fave foods.

I generally hate any “plan” but this is wicked so far

MLM is pyramid selling, like Younique junk. A load of vulnerable, gullible SAHMs getting suckered into selling overpriced crap products under the guise of #bossbabe and the opportunity to run their ‘own businesses’ with terrible motivational quotes and #livingmybestlife style quotes on social media. In truth these things only make money for the people at the top of the chain and exploit both buyers and the sellers at the bottom. Avoid like the plague.

PolkadotLollipop · 09/07/2019 17:25

That was in reference to Arbonne, btw, not the PT thing. I don’t know anything about the PT thing.

AllFourOfThem · 09/07/2019 17:28

The only person I know who tried the Arbonne challenge ended up in hospital as it made her really unwell and not weigh any less (although I’m sure it was detrimental to her bank balance and self esteem).

ooooohbetty · 09/07/2019 17:38

Look to see how many of the Arbonne sellers say they repeat the challenge over and over again. Given that it's supposed to change your eating habits it obviously doesn't.
