I have been doing the Cambridge 1:1 diet
Happily lost 16lb in 6 weeks but I am soooooiooo bored of the products.
I have learned a lot
My portion sizes were previously ridiculous.
I regularly ate family size bags of crisps myself with lunch.
I need veg to come back into my life and variety.
I can very happily enjoy evening family meal with no added carb
I am loving drinking 2-3 litres of water each day
I will happily continue having soup for lunch.
If I leave out the previous snacks do you think I will continue losing weight?
