I wanted to kick start things so yesterday I fasted for 24 hours. To break my fast I had a chicken bone broth (homemade with chicken chunks and bits of veg in). I then had a peanut better and mascarpone medley with baked almond flour biscuit base (like a low carb/high fat cheesecake). I then had more chicken in a lo dough wrap (low carb).
I will now try and fast for as long as possible before I have some ribs tonight when I get home at about 4.30 (so I will have fasted for about 20 hours)
Am I doing this right??
