How to recover from binge?

Currently 12st. Had a binge today of 3000 calories. How can I stop this and get on track to weight loss?Sad

Hi, just saw this. Do you have BED? If so, imo you need to make sure you avoid "punishing yourself" by restricting food too much afterwards. Just go back 3 meals a day (or whatever your plan was (presuming it was a sensible plan, and not extreme/starving yourself)). Your next meal might be smaller because you're less hungry but don't get hung up on earning the calories back etc. You'll have slowed the weight loss down a bit but it's not the end of the world.

Tbh even if you don't have BED I would try not to get too hung up in it - that way eating disorders lie!
