I'm thinking 2 - 3 weeks in a high calorie deficit ( I weigh 16st6 so thinking 1000 cal per day or less) then upping to my Team RH cals of 1900 per day. Hoping for an initial boost but everything Team RH teaches says that's counter productive. I just can't get motivated at this weight to lose just 1 pound per week (yet the irony is still no weight loss after months of this mindset)
