I have a not bad diet but carbs are my downfall.
47, 5 ft 4.5, 11 stone and would love to be down to 9 stone.
Would a 'crash' diet be a really bad idea? what's generally happened for most of my life (was 8.5 stone in 20s, early 30's etc) is I've lost half a stone easily but then it goes back on?
