Hello all 🙂 I’m hoping someone can please give me some advice?
I’ve piled on weight over the years especially after having DD. I’m 22, weighing 10st 12 at 5ft 1 😳 I want to at least lose a stone and a half/2 stone but I have no motivation what so ever. My main downfall is snacking, I don’t tend to eat proper meals however I’m going to start using my slow cooker more. Working in care doing 12 hour shifts doesn’t seem to help, as I’m eating on the go usually. I know that I need to start drinking water, adding more fruits and vegetables to my diet and eating regular but it’s the motivation I need. I’m very round shaped, and top heavy. It’s mainly around the stomach/arms I need to lose the weight. Any tips will be greatly appreciated on how to get started! Thanks in advance
