Re joined WW as a gold member after 4 years as I was still within my goal weight range (although I had initially got to a stone less on purpose but that had crept back on). Anyway, losses look like this:
Week 1 - 3 pounds
Week 2 - half a pound
Week 3 - 1 pound
I need to lose around 8 pounds to to get back to where I want to be. Does this loss sound ok to you?
