Just wondering if anyone's doing the Jane Plan and fancies sharing thoughts. I've been doing it for two and a half weeks and have lost 8.5 lbs but I'm a bit worried about what's going to happen when I stop.

What's that then? Do you just not eat anything?

It's basically a pre-planned diet of ready meals isn't it? You get a box of meals per week that contains cereal/granola/porridge for breakfast, a soup or salad for lunch and a ready meal box for dinner.

Do they give any advice on maintaining weight loss? Would you be prepared to use it for 1 or 2 meals a day?

You could probably recreate it yourself for a lower cost with cereals, soups and boxes from supermarket "Healthy option" ranges

Yes it's basically all your meals provided in ready meal form. They get delivered in a box and last a month at a time. I've been having lots of salad and veg with them and eating some fruit too - they tell you to do that. I'm finding it ok to stick to and am having one meal off a week. I'm doing it for two months only and am definitely stopping then because it's a bit of a bubble. It's real food but just a very artificial way to eat. I love food and need to find ways to eat more moderately long term. That's the hard bit. Like so many people, I'm good at dieting but rubbish at making the longer term changes that are needed.
