I have eaten
50g porridge made with water, blob of low fat yoghurt and a banana
Homemade veg and lentil soup. Thick slice of ham, few slithers cheddar, two very small pieces bread.
Two slices bread, four thin slices ham, skim of mayo, 250g grapes, two glasses prosecco.

Diet question

What were you eating previous to this intake?

whiskyremorse · 14/06/2019 20:00

What are you trying to achieve, and what plan are you following? I'd ask where your vegetables are!?

whiskyremorse · 14/06/2019 20:00

Apart from in the soup

Bluesheep8 · 15/06/2019 08:26

Acceptable? Acceptable for what?

Bluesheep8 · 15/06/2019 08:27

Didn't mean that to sound snippy op!

If you want to lose weight healthily, ditch the processed ham, bread and wine and eat lots of veg, fruit and protein such as eggs, chicken and fish.
