Are you lot still talking to me? I forgot you agian last week. No excuses. Now, we are in gloucestershire and without tap water and maybe won't have any for 2 weeks . luckily the threat of no electricity is waining. Anyway stick with it I'll try and send the chart out if I can get off my lardy arse and stop feeling sorry for myself on thursday.

Remarkable considering the amount of junk I've shoved down my throat during the last couple of weeks!

Furball how horrid for you, are you coping? I have been thinking about you since I read your message! We are in Oxford, not wet yet but a couple of hundred yards down the road it is up to the back doors and sometimes inside them, so we are keeping a beady eye on things.

No change in the weight, I'll see what a couple of weeks off work does for me. Usually I sit down less but eat more, so it mostly evens out....

I'm fine thanks heavybee. We have bowsers in the street and someone knocked on the door this morning with 6 litre bottles of water. DH works out of the area so he is able to a) shower at work and b) bring home bottles of water. Supermarkets around here have sold out of everything as people are panic buying. I've even tracked down a laundrette 18 miles away, but they have water! Ds and I are going to go swimming every other day, we live close to another county. It's not so bad for a few days but 2 weeks? some people won't be able to go swimming and use the shower, some people won't be able to wash their hair, clothes, dishes, flush their toilets etc etc etc for 2 weeks and people surely must get sick with this hardship for water.

Hooray - I remembered! Charts on it's way. Heavybee I changed your weight from the 6 stone something I had you at to what it should be!

It's shamed me into realising that I've not done any dieting at all during the whole of July! I thought it was only a couple of naughty weeks, not a whole month!

I'm back on the straight and narrow again now.

I forgot to post again this week .
But i have stayed the same so am happy with that.
Having a bad food week this week. DD2's chocolate borthday cake is very temptingly calling me from the kitchen!

Oh dear, it's all gone pear-shaped again.
AF this week.
Naughty things I have eaten include: ice cream (lots); steak pie; a cheeseburger; blue cheese.
Not all on the same day you understand.
And I've had lots of wine too.
