Sorry another weight loss thread from me š.
Mumsnetters, how important is it I weigh myself? Iām trying to lose a stone (of pure fat) and just canāt bring myself to step on the scales out of pure fear of the number.
Iāve been eating āhealthyā and exercising for 3 weeks now and feel better and think I look better, but obviously donāt have a clear marker for where I started or how Iām doing.
Any words of wisdom? Just terrified seeing a big number would make me think f### it!
