Hi all
So many diets out there - and how many of them really work??
Not sure if anyone saw this article last week - thought I'd share! - great practical advice and kernels of wisdom (not sure I like 'rules' - that begs temptation to break them ;-)) from those in the know...?

I'll be sticking with low carb as it actually helps me lose weight and control blood sugar/feel healthy after years of other regimens.
Weird how 4 of the 5 of them look like clones
