Will one coffee with milk stall my weight loss?

Just that really. I've given up all carbs, just eat green veggies and 3 servings of protein a day. Haven't lost much weight so far and I'm wondering whether my morning coffee (with one sweetener) is what's stopping me from losing weight?

Haven't read the whole thread but I read that sometimes your body can be ridding itself of dangerous visceral fat (round the organs) first before it comes off elsewhere. Don't be discouraged as you're on the right track! Smile

Oh and just to add, those nicotine tablets are 1gram of carbs per tab Confused
I couldn't figure out why my weight wasn't dropping and it was down to them.
Probably not relevant but just making the point that you have to check everything!

2 weeks is not enough time for anything to happen. Don’t give up. Stay consistent (2 weeks isn’t enough time to even claim consistency) and it will happen!
It will take 4 weeks for you to notice a difference
8 weeks for people close to you to notice
12 weeks for everyone else.
